Whether it be luxury home sales, relocation, downsizing, upsizing, investment properties, probate, or first time home buyers, I’ve experienced a variety of transactions that have enabled me to learn how to help both clients and other agents achieve their dreams.
Before real estate, I was a relocation transplant from Michigan, and have enjoyed positions as a leader in a Fortune 500 company, a Partner/Marketing Director of a Fairfield County Sporting business. Since then, I have accumulated 16 years as a real estate agent and the honor of being a mentor to numerous mentees as well as the Vice President, Managing Broker of a large, multifaceted real estate company branch, among other career roles. I have also participated in numerous real estate investing projects to better understand the needs of our investor clients, as well as to better understand what is needed to earn top dollar for homes in which renovations are necessary. Because I believe that continuous education will enable me to better serve my clients, I have earned multiple designations and certifications including, but not limited to: Pricing Strategy Advisor, Senior Real Estate Specialist, RESA’s Staging Advocate Certification, Short Sales and Foreclosures, Accredited Buyer’s Representative
